Texas man sues Walmart, asks for $100 million or unlimited free shopping for life
In an unusual legal move, Roderick Jackson, a resident of Waskom, Texas, has filed a $100 million lawsuit against Walmart in federal court. Jackson’s handwritten complaints, submitted pro se without legal representation, detail an incident at a Walmart store in Omaha, Nebraska, in March 2021. The complaints, sent to the United States District Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Arkansas, were filed on January 8, 2024.
